I just purchased the Komplete 15 standard update (already own Komplete 14 standard).
I see the products in Native Access (haven't checked them all but looks ok) but I cannot see the free Nectar 4.
Any idea?

Ok looks like it is solved.
After the purchase you receive an email saying you do not need to enter any serial number in Native Access (which was already up and running on my computer).
However in order for Neutron to show up in the list of products I had to enter my Komplete 15 serial…
