How to make new sound pack appear in the library

Hi,

I upgraded to Kontakt8 and updated, using the latest macos Seqouia version. I also downloaded 80s New Wave, Afrobeats, Disco and Funk sound packs from Native Access, however they dont appear in my Kontakt 8 library. When I ho to Kontakt settings, they are visible there and clicked to be displayed. I checked and unchecked, restarted but nothing works. Can anyone help please?

    Just below the search box there is a row of options, click "Leap" they are all in there.

    I also just updated to Kontakt8 and the Collectors Edition and using the latest macos Seqouia version. I also downloaded. Some of the sounds that supposed to be in the collectors edition is not loading and I can't find anywhere on the hard drive.

    any thoughts?

    Which 'sounds' are not loading where ? and you can not find what ?

    We need to know what exactly it is you refer to and where you expect it to be and it is not ?
