Installation failed: invalid location = ultimate creative toolkit & world's leading sampler

Hello,

After installation of Kontakt 8, I have 2 new libraries :
-ultimate creative toolkit Installation Folder (591MB)
and
-world's leading sampler (547MB)

….BUT… if I try to install them, I receive this message: "

Installation failed: Review your location preferences" and "Installation failed: invalid location"

If I follow the link i see :

Download location: C:\Users\Public\Downloads
Application location: C:\Program Files\Native Instruments
Current location: C:\Users\Public\Documents
VST location: C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\VSTPlugins 64 bit

I have 57go free on my disk.

Why I cannot install them ?
