Why is DOWNLOAD SPEED so SLOW?

I have wired ethernet that tests out over 500 gbps. I just bought Komplete 15 Ultimate (upgrade from K14) and it going to take days to download all my new content. And it could be longer if I keep running into "Download Failed" which has happened multiple times already. This is torture :(

Nothing else I downloaded, such as streaming 4K video has any problems!!!

Tried all suggestions. No change in speed. HELP!!!!!!

    Same issue here with my update.

    I have a fast lane, except with Native Access 2.
