Kontakt 8 chord

I am relatively new to Komplete and kontakt 8. So it’s maybe a stupid question but after switching from kontakt 7 to kontakt 8 I run into several problems. The most problems I solved but one I didn’t managed well. The tool chord should play chords by selecting an instrument and a chord preset. Some instruments it works and with some instruments the computer totally gone mad. It’s not possible to stop the sound anymore. The only way is by killing the instrument and tool. Is this normal or is this a software problem of kontakt 8.

What happens exactly? What do you mean by "the computer totally gone mad" ? What chord or phrase preset did you load? With what instriment? What's your operating system?

the probleem seems to be solved. After I written this massage there was an update from my kontrol S61 MK3 firmware. Shortly after I installed it there also was a Kontakt 8.x update. After installing everything works fine.
