Native Access updates always with problems

I don't understand why Native Instruments makes installing Native Access impossible. Now i dowloaded the last update, the NTKDaemon installer for this stupid dependencies error, crossed fingers, applied to PC some Lourdes water. Nothing. Followed some intricated suggestions on tutorials and Youtube... NOTHING. Because use Native Access is almost mandatory for installations and upgrades, why the hell is impossibile or very tricky to make working??? It seems crazy to me. Just give a .exe working, no? Years and years so. The old NA work, using now 1.14.1… what the problem with NA? Make a working version PLEASE.

    And how are we supposed to know which operating system and hardware we are talking about?

    Hi tried for a few days now but to no avail, K8 only shows 27 Libraries and they all work , the side bar shows all lib but says no content if you try to load, K7 works fine, K8 wont let me select the location of libraries it shows nothing on interface it did show the location at one time , now it says duplicate Paths, I have done a rescan ( ran overnight 6 plus hours )but no change, have rebooted several times, stand alone and VST the same, suspect a corrupt lib but don't know how to fix this, have watched all the videos, read all the how to,s , I have also reinstalled K8 several times , every thing shows up on NI Access, Please help if you can

    Win 10 amd 8 core 32 gig ram all up to date

    AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 3400G

    32,0 GB Ram

    But i had same problems with Win10 and completely differente machines, i don't understand why this have to be important. Always had to use a patcher for update NA, WHY???
