Komplete Kontrol SM88 MK2 replacement keys

Does anybody know where I can get 5 replacement keys for this keyboard and a service manual? Live in Hawaii and shipped inter-island in the original box but added some other music gear in the box and 4-5 keys need to be replaced. Thanks.
