Trying to Make KK2.9.6 show OS Overlay

On Pg 69 in the S88 Mk1 Manual where it shows the Navigate option, I cannot make the OS Ovrlay option avail. ONLY the H'ware. I've already checked the connections in PreSonus to vfy they're correct.
