Is there a quick way to get my quick load patches from version 7 into version 8?

    in OSX go to /Users/USERNAME/Library/Application Support/Native Instruments, then copy the QuickLoad folder from the Kontakt 7 folder to the Kontakt 8 folder.

    is it the “library” where you hold down option to see it? I did just that and the quick load from 7 did not transfer over…. Do I need to restart the computer maybe?

    in the library folder that’s visible in the Mac OS there is no quick load folder.

    I think you just have to close and reopen Kontakt. This worked for me. As for the library option thing, I'm not 100% sure. Maybe just start by navigating from your root directory then make your way down to where they hide these.

    What about for Windows 11?

    Considering upgrading, but my quickload menu is quite extensive, and I don't want to rebuild it from scratch.

    You may have to use the Go menu at the top of the Finder. Then either find the Library folder in the list, or Go To Folder…

    I think it's a permissions issue of some kind and is not visible directly through Finder.
