I purchase Komplete 15 Collector's edition's but don't see kontakt 8 on native access, how do I fix this??

did you check if there is an update to Native Access? If not you could try to add your serial from your order inside Native Access. Kompletet 15 was added automatic to my account once the email confirmation did arrive
In my case, I purchased the KOMPLETE 15 ULTIMATE Update, and I’m experiencing a similar issue. I have already added the serial to Native Access. While Ozone 11 Standard, which was newly included in KOMPLETE 15, is showing up, Kontakt 8 is not appearing🥺
