Hallo zusammen,

hat eine Erafhrung wie schenll der Support sich bei jemanden meldet?
Der CHAT Assistent hat zwar das Ticket erstellt aber das war es auch.
Traktor 4.0.2 ist am WE mitten beim abspielen eines Song abgestürtzt.
Den Song habe ich schon mehrfach gespielt und auch am Tag drauf zuhause nochmal getestet - da lief er einwandfrei.
Leider kann man das Crashlog nicht selber auslesen ...
Schade ist, dass die History vom Abend weg ist - cool wöre hier eine "Autosave" Funktion alle X Minuten.
