Kontrol S2 MK3 bad audio quality

Hi,

with my S2 MK3 I have a very bad audio quality (not clear with bad dynamic).

I have the problem with and without Traktor.

If I play a song with PC card I have no problem, the same song played by Kontrol is very bad.

The Kontrol is updated.

I'm not using Ac power supply.

Any suggestion?

I ended using mine with an external audio interface because the on-board sound sounded very flat to me.
