I preordered K15 Standard Upgrade from KSelect, shouldn't K8 be apart of this package? Bcuz I don't see it in my products and serial #'s tab, right now. What's with that?

    I have the same issue. I ordered Komplete Ultimate 15 Upgrade today, & updated Native Access to the latest version. Kontakt 8 does not appear in the list of products in Native Access.

    I do see expansion packs that require Kontakt 8, for example the 80s New Wave Leap Expansion pack. If I try to install it, I get the message below:

    • Requires Kontakt

    80s New Wave requires at least Kontakt version 8.0.0 to run.
    Currently no viable version of Kontakt is installed to use 80s New
    Wave. Learn more

    You also do not own a viable version of Kontakt or a player variant, so
    you won't be able to access your product. If this is the case, we
    recommend you reach out to customer support

    Does it show in your library in Native Access? You won't see a separate serial number as it's part of the K15 package.

    This is resolved now, it showed up after about 4-6 hours.
