Komplete Kontrol keeps asking update, doesn't work properly

Hello there,
Komplete Kontrol was working perfectly with my S88 mk3, I went on a trip and returned and suddenly I noticed that Nuendo shut down completely (fatal crash) when I loaded any library.
I opened Native Access and updated Komplete Kontrol. Unfortunately the problem was not solved. When I open Komplete Kontrol it says that it needs to be updated.
When I press OK I can load a library, it doesn't come on the S88 screen but I can play it.
Hardware Connection Service is not in my Native Access under apps, I can't find it anywhere.

Please help because this is very frustrating and Collectors edition was quite an investment for me…

Hello,

without the hardware connection service it will not work, so you must have had it installed once. Strange that it disappeared. Today there was an update for that driver, maybe it has something to do with that.
