Upgrade from Kontakt 6.8.0 to Kontakt 7 - why can't i buy the Update? (greyed out)

Hi community,

i have a Full Version of Kontakt 6.8.0 on my MacBook pro M2 Max and now there is Kontakt 7.

If i click on Kontakt Symbol inside the PlugIn it offers me only the Full Version for 149,50 Euros, but the the second Option "Update" for 49,50 would be, in my opinion, the correct choice because i own the Full Version Kontakt 6.8.0 (not the Player). But this Update option for 49,50 Euros is not available to choose (its greyed out) , but the description in the text says:

Update 49,50 Euro

This update only works for users of KONTAKT 1-6.

You won't be able to install and activate this version unless you own one of the required products listed above!

So, whats the problem here? I dont want to pay 149,50 becaus i already own Kontakt 6.8.0

Anyone an idea what the problem is? I didn't get it. :(

Unfortunately our website sometimes erroneously displays an error message, sorry for the inconveniences here. :/ If you own an eligible base product you can disregard the message - our website usually doesn't grey out the options. Hope you got your hands on Kontakt 7 or 8 already!

Are you hitting the NI store directly (via web browser) or being sent there from inside Kontakt 6.80?

Suggest you exit all product. Go to the NI store AND login to you NI acct out there before anything else.

Then go shopping and see what the store tells you when you go to buy K7.

Maybe screen cap it for us so we can see the store logic
