Why can't I install new update to Komplete control?

I have this problem "Native Access Error Message: "Installation Failed" (Mac)"(https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016913977-Native-Access-Error-Message-Installation-Failed-Mac). I've given Native Access and NTKDaemon full access. restarted the computer, still installation fails.

How do I solve this?

I managed to download update of new firmware, directly from NI's homepage - somehow that managed to wake up my S49, and now it's up-to-date.

Still, the update in Native Access fails, after I given full disc access. Something is wrong here, and I can't figure it out. Well, my system works now, and that's what matters. Before I managed a direct update from NI's site(not through Native Access) I couldn't access Pro Logic at all.

Just mentioning my process, in case others struggle with the same issue.
