no access to old hard drive with libraries installed, cant reinstalled

i lost my old external hard drive that had some of my libraries, and now i cant reinstall them because i need to locate them and uninstall them first
how do i get access to the libraries again??

Hello cademann,

This is a third party Kontakt Library that cannot be downloaded / installed via Native Access. (This is also applicable with the other libraries that are showing "Locate" option)

Native Access is only responsible for authorising the library and locating it for use in Kontakt.

You will first need to download the library from the manufacturer

Once installed, simply follow the steps in this article to add the library to Native Access:

It's proven most helpful in locating missing content for us in the past.

its not that i lost the missing content, i lost the physical device it was stored on
we just moved from europe to the states, and the moving company lost my hard drive

I'd guess you'd need to completely uninstall Native Access and start over.
