Good afternoon, I have a traktor s4 mk2, traktor pro 2 went with it, I used it and later upgraded to version 3, now I want to sell the controller, will I still have a version 3 license?

Most probably yes, but better to ask NI Support.

In past when HW has been transferred to a new owner, the bundled SW has been transfered as well and removed from seller's account. In that case you would not have base product for TP3 Upgrade and could not use TP3….

But few years ago NI has changed its bundled SW policy and new owner still gets bundled SW, but previous owner keeps licences bundled with sold SW. In this case everything would be OK for you.

But I do not know to which case S4 MK2 belongs, as change in policy came around that time. I think only very old NI HW belongs to first case, but NI has never published what HW is in that first group where seller looses bundled SW.

    Look at your transfer page:

    https://www.native-instruments.com/en/my-account/license-transfer/request-for-transfer/

    Should see something like this:

If you transfer the Pro 2 license, then the Pro 3 Update won't work.
