Komplete Kontrol M32 Single Key not working

The lowest A# key on my Komplete Kontrol M32 isn't working.
I get the impression this is quite a common occurrence with this keyboard.
I've got latest drivers installed.
Does anyone know of a fix and if this is a driver / software issue or a hardware issue?
