How to Fix static noise on Komplete Audio 1 ??

After plugging everything (USB, XLR etc.) in and out I got to the point where I hear my own voice in high quality (loud and clear), but now there is this immense amount of static noise that I can't get rid of.

at first I thought it was the XLR cable but When I unplugged it I could still hear it

I should point out that this issue is happening on my Komplete audio 1

Are you, by chance, using a Windows desktop?

yes. I thought it was my windows at first but then I plugged in my headphones directly to the audio interface I heard extremely loud popping noise.

Could this be a gain structure problem? Static noise is normally associated with being able to hear the noise floor of the device. If you turn down all the input stages do you still hear the noise?

If you don't hear the noise with the inputs turned down means that either the output, from the input device is low or plugged into the wrong type of input stage or the output stage isn't able to drive the headphones or the input stage of the power amp and you may have turned up the input to compensate.

At the input stage, a mic plugged into a line input instead of mic input will cause you turn up the gain on the line input and you will likely here the noise floor. Equally if you have an unbalanced device plugged into a balanced input this could result in a 6db loss and the same with faulty xlr with pin 2 or 3 disconnected. Don't turn on phantom power if you are using a dynamic mic, only use it only with capacitor mic and only turn it on when the device is connected and to disconnect turn off the phantom power and unplug the mic, don't leave it on. On the output stage don't forget that that headphone outputs are meant for low impedance headphones so if you have 600 ohm headphones you might turn up the input to try and compensate for the lack of output and you will likely hear the input stages noise floor.

Other weird noise problems can be caused by wi-fi, mobile phones anything that emits micro waves induced noise on grounds from powers supply.
