I can't buy anything from the webstore

I'm hoping i'm not the only one having this problem.

I just attempted to buy Nectar 4 from the webstore today, but it won't let me. I've tried adding it to my cart, but nothing happened. I tried clicking "buy" from the landing page, but I get redirected to an error page instead. I've already tried this with other products on their website, and it seems to happen to every single one of them. I literally cannot buy ANYTHING from the website. I've already submitted a support ticket. I have to ask though, is anyone else having this problem? Is the website under maintenance or something?

Heres is what i found:

"We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our webshop, which may cause errors when adding items to your cart. Our engineers are diligently working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. We will update this message as soon as the problem is fixed."

I just read on izotopes website that they are working on the website and trying to fix a problem so im guessing its related to this

Ok, well it's good to hear that its an issue with the website and that they're working on it. I haven't found anything initially on the issue, so I was worried it was something wrong on my end.
