Reaper crashes when trying to load project with Kontakt 7

Hi all,

Reaper crashes when trying to load project with Kontakt 7? Any suggestions?

I already tried updating to latest version of Kontakt and latest version of Reaper but still doesn't work

and to add standalone Kontakt 7 won't load either, is there a way to open a support ticket with Native Instruments??

    although I can now open Kontakt 7 in standalone mode and I can intermittently open Reaper project with Kontakt 7 in it, but even when I can open the Reaper project when I play certain libraries with the click track or when recording or playing back recorded midi the tempo phases in and out.One other thing I wonder about testing is I have various Kontakt instruments (Kontakt 5, Kontakt 6 Player, Kontakt Factory Library, Kontakt Factory Library 2) - should I uninstall these and only try with Kontakt 7 installed?Any other suggestions??

    Hello,

    if you have older projects using kontakt 5, you should leave it on your pc, same for kontakt 6. Some daws can "upgrade" the versions in old projects to kontakt 7, where you loaded kontakt 6 once at the beginning. But i´m not sure if reaper can do that. You can try with older projects, just open them and see what´s happen.
