hello, after my laptop was stolen and I bought a new one, I can't download any installation for the S4 controller and tractor 3 from the site.
Can you tell me what the problem is?

You should be able to install and log into Native Access to install software. If your username/password doesn't work you can try resetting the password then trying again. There's always the possibility whoever stole the laptop changed some of the emails on your accounts so you can't access them anymore, but I'd start by attempting to reset it using the current email address.
