Traktor PRO 3 crushes - the ultimate solution

I installed Traktor Pro 3 on a brand new PC, perfectly compatible with the memory and processor requirements. I hoped to solve the annoying crash problem I had with my old PC, which was also very powerful. Unfortunately, no luck: the MP3 analysis process ends with an error that crashes the program. The frustrating thing is that the pop-up suggests contacting technical support to share the system log; too bad this is not possible because, as we know, NI limits access to technical support.

I kindly request technical support intervention. I would like to send the system log with the aim of obtaining a definitive solution to this problem.

If the problem occurs on two computers, I suspect it is due to your MP3 files.

And just for the sake of completeness, what hardware and operating system is it and are all drivers and updates installed?
