I have issues with sustain pedal. I have two of them and both behave the same way (which most likely is not a pedal issue). When I connect one to my ARTURIA MINI-LAB keyboard everything works fine, but when connected to my KOMPLETE KONTROL KEYBOARD I cannot get it to work. I tried DAW and stand alone version with the same effect. There is simply no sustain.
I think it is very unlikely that the jack port is bad. I wonder if there is any way to reset the keyboard ? Any suggestions ?
