Xone K2 - freezing & not responding with Traktor 3.5

Hello - maybe some of you had simmiler problem or know how to solve it.

Situation:

Traktor runs on laptop and is conneted with Xone px5 mixer via USB cable, 2 pc of Xone K2 are conneted direct to mixer via x-link port.

I was playing aroud 30 - 35 min and the controlers went in a "freez mode" - they didn't respond by touching, moving encoders, knobs - nothing ( traktor and mixer work propertly) and I can control traktor by mouse not by controles k2.

I do not have any idea what went wrong that controles did not respond ?

maybe soem of you have thesam problem and find a solution.

P.s before that I was using S4mk3 and I manage all power supply issues and it works on Windows 10 without problems

I've so far kept my K2 running without a hitch if either

i refrain from adjusting the sample rate of the K2 audio interface or
i use a completely different audio interface.

If you don't use the audio interface of the K2, you can always pull the usb cable and reinsert it. This should be a quick fix even when playing.

Edit: I have absolutely no experience with the x-link. Maybe this is where the trouble should be shot.

I'd check if the S4 MK3 default mapping is still installed in the Controller Manager.

For some reason not known to NI, the Xone hardware doesn't like when you connect other mappings that comes with audio settings. (such as all-in-one controller from NI)
