iZotope Product Activation/Download Being Denied - Please read...
Hello,
Let me set the scenario: a windows 10 update went bad and stopped me from accessing my network shares via UNC (which is where all my data is stored) so I re-installed windows 10 from scratch. Upon re-installing everything I see that iZotope got acquired by NI - first thought was "they won't activate my products", but yet they did! And I do have other NI products too.
However, then got a notification that win 10 is end of life - ugh, thanks Microsoft. So I installed a new nvme drive and made a clean install of win 11 onto that. Now the NI app doesn't see any of the iZotope products I've purchased in the past - THOUSANDS of pounds of my hard-earned money no longer recognised. Even tried installing the apps from previously downloaded files. But app doesn't even acknowledge them. Please help.
I don't care that iZotope got acquired by NI, I just want them to honour my license activiations, at least.

You should be using iZotope Product Portal to authorize all things iZotope - not Native Access.
And Windows 10 is not EOL until Oct 2025 - not sure why you decided Win11 was a solution…
Running Win 10 here with no issues at all.

Errr, no - the iZotope portal seems to be dead - I want a member of staff to deal with this, as I'm a very long time customer.
Let me re-install and activate all the products that i've actually paid for in the past, that simple.

I NEED a member of NI staff to deal with this, as I've lost access to THOUSANDS of pounds worth of software which I've bought in the past.
The NI products are all good, it's just the iZotope ones. As the NI portal did show my previous purchases before, as previously stated but no longer. Please help!

As far back as Ozone Advanced v5 - way back in 2014.
I want all my access back as I have paid for it.

Well. As I mentioned. You will never see any Izotope products except for very recent versions of Ozone (and maybe Neutron) in Native Access.
Everything is available via Izotope Product Portal as per normal. Just opened it 5 minutes ago and it’s all good.
I do not think that NI staff can assist with Product Portal if that is your issue.Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall Product Portal?
IZoTope has their own support for this product and you should be able to get a ticket into them.
