Why is my Komplete Kontrol missing sounds and not working on Sonoma

Sounds are missing and I can't update on Native Access … PLEASE HELP

    Oh sorry, new to this 😂 … Here's some screenshots …. Everything was working fine until I upgraded to Sonoma … Native Access won't let me upgrade and when I do eventually get Komplet Kontrol running none of my sounds are there

    Also I gave full access to everything and that still didn't solve the issue
