Komplete Kontrol 3.3.2 cannot edit samples, only one black dot appears.

Hello everyone, I am a NI user from China. After updating Komplete Kontrol 3.3.2, when loading samples, only a black dot appears, and I am unable to edit the audio. Please fix this issue immediately. I am using Cubase13 Pro 13.0.41, and my computer operating system is Macos Sonoma 14.6.1. Please quickly fix this issue as it will reduce my efficiency in arranging music.

I didn't have this problem in 3.3.0. But I can't find the installation program for 3.3.0

Load an empty sampler engine first then click on your sample

It has become more sluggish and repetitive loading of samples is ineffective unless changed to audio before switching to sample
