Please, do something about Absynth in Komplete Kontrol on Apple Silicon

Absynth works (with rosetta I suppose) in standalone mode. Whether I'm opening it in my DAW as a VST or doing it in it's app.
BUT.

It doesn't work in Komplete Kontrol.

I get it, if it's not supported officially on Apple Silicon it won't work.

But then, please, let me remove the presets from Komplete Kontrol!

Komplete Kontrol should have a filter of some sort to avoid showing the presets of non-supported plugins!

Now it's unusable, any time I search for a presets it happens to click on an Absynth preset, the error box comes up and the search resets, so I have to start search again. It is really frustrating!

And, please, add drag and drop for samples back…

    Absynth is officially retired - no chance of any updates there now.

    Best course of action - if you are intent on staying in native Apple Silicon mode is to ignore it.

    OP asks for Komplete Kontrol fix so that it does not show Absynth presets. ;-)

    It works in Komplete Kontrol if you run that in Rosetta mode including the NKS presets all work

    Agree about the filter and d&d - both longstanding requests

    What you could try for Absynth is it can use custom paths for the presets so try putting them somewhere else and redirecting Absynth in options and rescanning its database. Then KK should just see an empty NKS folder

    It should just update automatically but if it doesn’t then yes do a manual one

    The best way to use Absynth on Apple Silicon Macs is to just use the AU version (without Komplete Kontrol). It has all the same presets. This works even if your host is running in native Apple Silicon mode, because the OS provides a transparent wrapper for Intel-based AU plugins.

    If you miss NKS browsing/mapping, there is still a way to do it — use Maschine (software). Unlike Komplete Kontrol, Maschine also supports AU. In the settings, disable the VST version of Absynth and enable only the AU version.
