what can i do to make my windows 11 PC recognize my S25 MK1?

Hello,

I need help with my Komplete Kontrol S25. I haven't been making a lot of music in the last few months, so I didn't use my MIDI keyboard during that time. When I tried using it again a week ago, I noticed my PC didn't recognize it anymore. I saw the page saying a specific older version of the software needs to be used, so i uninstalled the softwares and drivers to reinstall the specific version, and still nothing. I'm on windows 11 and my komplete kontrol S25 is an MK1.

can anyone help me please?

    If you have installed Komplete Kontrol v3.x.x - that will not function with any MKI device - and will make it appear as a simple MIDI device.

    To regain proper control - you can only use Komplete Kontrol v2.9.6 with MK1 device.

    That is available via the NI website.

    Hello, i have the version 2.9.6 installed already, and the device is still completely unrecognized.

    My device doesn't even appear as a simple MIDI device.
