Guitar Rig 4 Pro in Native Access missing?

Hi All,

I have some issues in Native Access 2 but this one i want to address first.

my Guitar Rig 4 Pro which i bought years ago is not listed in my Native access 2 app but i see it in my "Purchased Products" area in my account on website so i went back to NI2 and "Added" a new serial and put my GR4P in there and it said it was successful.

Went back to my "All" tab, refreshed and it still does not show…what gives?

1. You must set NA (in settings) to show also Legacy SW. The default is not to show it.
2. If your OS is not supported by GR4, NA will not show it anyway.

If 2) happens and you are on Win and you have access to Win that is supported by GR4. You may install it there and grab installation file. And use it to install on unsupported Win version. NA should authorise it. If not NA2, older NA1 would do it.
