problem with recording mixes

Hi I've recently upgraded my operating system and am now unable to record in Traktor Pro. Message flashes up "audio-recording could not be started" when I try. I've checked output routing and mix recorder are both set to internal...... anyone else have this issue? Any insights on how to fix it? Thanks

    Hey @wilk200 - it might be due to the directory that the Mix Recorder is set to. Could you go to the Mix Recorder tab in your Traktor Preferences, set the directory to your computer's desktop, and let me know if the issue persists?

    If it allows you to record now, feel free to change the directory to your preferred location.
