Library issues

I recently purchased the Kontakt 7 bundle cross grade via the native access app. I was able to download and install all of the associated apps and libraries. my issue is that when I open Kontakt 7 only 8 of my libraries out of 18 show up in the library list. I used the default location for the installations. as well I have reinstalled Kontact 7 via Native access. but still not seeing the libraries. Tried the help chat with no luck and I have discovered that Native Instruments makes it impossible to get support. its all a mystery how to get a support ticket. There's not even a link anywhere to to download the support app zip. I would love if someone has dealt with this. Thanks

As well I forgot to add that none of my third party libraries work nor can I figure out how to delete them.
