MPC 3.0 doesn't have this. Maschine 3.0 or higher should before Akai does

Picture Integrating BX Crispy Turner in Maschine 3.0 with chord and melody detection from an audio sample then being able to extract the midi assigning it to another group.

Not MPC but ProTools has Captain Epic integration picture if Maschine had AI midi generation that too will be a major advantage of the MPC

So basically having an instrument that plays for you is a major feature ?

Not a very wanted addition for me :/

@Braz I agree with you when composing my own music, but as a producer that worked also for record label artists, that tool would be amazing in some situations, for example when an artist shows up with a demo they have played or with an instrumental they have downloaded, and you have to create an original instrumental for them, (with rappers is easy as they look mainly for the vibe, they are like the drummers of the vocalists often hahaha) but several singers they needed the exact chord that harmonises with their vocal the best, and in few instances finding that chord by ear it took way too long and you know usually I get payed after the project is done hahaha so I agree with @Shed Maa. however there are a lot of work-arounds, my personal opinion is that maschine should become the best version of itself, focus on the sampling aspect, on the percussion aspect and why not the chord generation aspect. but those things must be flawless like easy to use and with the latest technologies. every thing else is like a DAW problem, OR… JUST MAKE A FULL DAW that works smoothly with the controller, they just have to pick a lane and do it good! as now maschine is not quite powerful as my main DAW and not enough reliable as other stand alone devices.
