Komplete Kontrol S25 not recognized anymore

Hello,
I need help with my Komplete Kontrol S25. I haven't been making a lot of music in the last few months, so I didn't use my MIDI keyboard during that time. When I tried using it again a week ago, I noticed my PC didn't recognize it anymore. I saw the page saying a specific older version of the software needs to be used, so i uninstalled the softwares and drivers to reinstall the specific version, and still nothing. I'm on windows 11.
can anyone help me please?
