Kontakt 7, Irish Harp crashing Reaper

Hi, I am having a problem where Reaper crashes when Kontakt 7 loads the Irish Harp library, the free one from here:

This crash only occurs with this library, all other libraries work fine in Reaper. Also, the Irish Harp Library works fine when running Kontakt in standalone. Here are the event details from windows event viewer:

Updating Kontakt 7

Reinstalling Kontakt 7

How does the crash occur exactly? Can you describe step by step the events leading to the crash?

Can you reproduce the crash in an empty project?
