TP4 crash after loading the same track with newly generated stems

I sometimes load a track into a deck to check if I might want to play it next. If I then decide to generate stems for it, they do not automatically appear in the deck. So in order to use the stems, I tried loading the same track again into the same deck while it's not playing. However, this repeatedly crashes Traktor. Is there any workaround or fix for this?
