No presets in Guitar Rig 7 Pro

I have Guitar Rig 5 and 6 pro versions.

I have 7 Pro version recently and all my Presets use to show up, and now theu are not showing up. i uninstalled and re installed and still not showing up..any ideas what to do?

    Hey, just putting it there as it's a common mistake. Could it be that you selected a tag colour? Like here, the yellow tag is selected, if no yellow tags were set, nothing will show up.
