Bought the massive x, it will not load on an Apple Macbook pro. Also see that the battery that came with the intial software will not load up as well. I have the MK3. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I'm running Massive X successfully within Ableton Live Suite 12 on an M2 MacBook Pro (2023) with macOS Ventura 13.6.7.

The AU and VST3 both appear in Live's browser but not the VST2 which is apparently Intel 64 — I don't have much luck getting VST2s to appear to he honest even running Rosetta.

You should contact Native Instrument support directly and explain your problem.

I've found them to be pretty helpful for the most part with problems I've had, usually relating to Native Access installation issues.
