Kontakt 7 VST Not Being Installed

I use Cubase Pro 13, and I recently had to reinstall it due to a license bug. After reinstalling, adding VST3 and VST2 folders that I had before, I noticed I wasn't seeing Kontakt 7, but I was seeing Kontakt 6. I noticed this when certain libraries like 40s Own Drums wouldn't load, and it said this version of Kontakt is outdated. It also has the option to upgrade to Kontakt 7 (which I already have) in the upper right corner. I checked installation path and notice that the Kontakt 7 VST file isn't being installed (see photos).

I will add that every time I use Native Access I have to open it using the downloaded installation file, as it is no longer in my Programs/Apps Menu.

I stand corrected, as you see from this photo, it is being installed, but it's not being seen by Cubase. The previous version of Kontakt was in there, but I uninstalled it.
