Komplete Kontrol 3.3.2 crashes DAW on close if hosting Battery (KBDSW-7913)
Since the 3.3.2 update Logic Pro X 11.0.1 will crash if I close the Komplete Kontrol Plugin when it's hosting battery.
This creates a fatal loop where the autosave of the crashed project opens with the Komplete Kontrol plugin that crashes it open, and then there is no way to close it without crashing logic.
It also means I essentially can't use Komplete Kontrol until it's fixed, since loading any battery patches in it will create the problem.
Does anyone have access to the 3.3.1 or 3.3.0 installer to backdate?
I can't use the available 2.9.6 as this version loads my projects as an empty plugin (not hosting the sounds it should).
Many thanks.

Hey all, we can also reproduce the issue. It's filed under this bug reference: KBDSW-7913
An alternative is to downgrade Komplete Kontrol, ere are the previous installers:
WARNING ⚠️
If you own a Kontrol MK3 keyboard and updated your firmware recently, you should not downgrade under 3.3.0 or it won't be functional.
Please let me know if downgrading to these versions fixes the issue.

Im Literally in the middle of Working on Songs with Eminem this has happened an is the most embarrassing thing in the world to have happen in huge sessions. Battery stopped working by it self inside of logic, its like a ghost in the plug in I move the knobs they fight me, I started hosting battery inside of Komplete we all were relieved because I have 20 years of battery kits then boom Komplete Stopped working soon as I updated, no support for battery and no answers for this.

I can replicate this if Battery is hosted in KK in Logic - I guess something crept into the last hot fix maybe?
But Battery on its own is working for me, are you saying it isn't working at all in Logic for you (as a plugin on its own?)
Ask mods if they can post an earlier version of KK eg @Jeremy_NI

OK looks like there may be 2 issues here:
a) Battery is not just crashing Logic if hosted in KK, it is also crashing KK standalone and in other DAWS - if this is new behaviour as reported then it may be a new bug since the last couple of hot fixes - reported anyway - would be good if people could try going back to an earlier version - but that might not be so simple if they have a MkIII keyboard as presumably if they updated the firmware for templates (as I have) it would not be compatible with an earlier KK so really it might be better in that case to wait for a proper fix
b) If there are specific issues with Battery in Logic then maybe there is also an issue with Battery but more details are needed

Battery v4.3.0 works for me (so far) if added directly as a plugin instrument into Logic Pro - I am on Logic Version 11.0.1, on an Intel MBP.
Greetings
