Missing Purchased Expansions

I had purchased Kontact 14 a year or two ago. I also, around that time, purchased Pedal Steel from Impact Soundworks. I have always been able to use it though the libraries in Kontakt 7 but now I get a lot of messages that say Your Subscription Has Changed and it seems like, not only with Pedal Steel, but many of my instruments have expired. Sure, it's possible that some of them were demo mode instruments from the past but Pedal Steel is one that I specifically purchased, so feel like something is not working correctly.

Based on the message you're getting, I'd guess you were subscribing to one of the Native Instruments products and that sub has now expired. What were you subscribing to?

Hey PK. I think I figured it out. I never realized there was a new version to Native Access. I installed that and all the items in expecting to be there, are there. Thank you
