Running scene in Kontakt on a Mac m3 promax and gettiing glitches after changing patch

The glitches occur when I use the xy pad via my touchpad on the Mac. It sounds like I can hear the midi data controlling the changes. Any thoughts and thanks in advance for any answers

    What kind of Mac is it? What's the OS? Is it happening in Kontakt in standalone? In a DAW? Both? When is it happening exactly? After loading the new patch? Which patch did you load, which patch was there before? COuld you maybe share a video of the issue?
