Hi, i'm new and i'm confused, i don't know where to ask directly to the native customer care, i have two account, and i bought kontakt 7 upgrade for 100$ in one of those accounts where i never purchased anything else, how i can get kontakt 7 full version then ?

You have to ask NI to merge your two accounts. Contact NI Support via web.

Or you could transfer upgrade licence from one account to another. But as you have probably purchased that upgrade recently….. Automatic licence transport does not work - licence is marked nontransferable…. So you have to ask NI to do manual licence transfer… Contact NI Support via web.

i tought it will take decades to have an answer, i'm quiet new here and english is a bit complicate for me, to make it simple i didn't found any direct link to NI support, just the community, if you have any link it will be good,
