hm, are you sure this is native access 2 I am having?

just was trying to move a library which for some reason I have twice. One is on my mac hd, the other on my ext hd. I don't need it on my mac hd, I just want it to be on the ext hd, like the other ni libraries. but the installation path for the update is set on mac hd. trying to fix this to get to the point where I can repair or relocate it, the german support highlights the fact that I (macOs 14.6.1) need Native Access 2 which is the dark version.

if its macOS 10.14 or higher I should use NA 2 (dark version)

It's for the legacy versions of Native Access, like for MacOS 10.14, which is different than Mac Os 14. If you're running Sonoma, you need to run the last version that you can find here:

It's actually version 3.13.0.

If you still have issues with updates I would really recommend to get in touch with our installation specialists. I'm not an installation specialist, they will probably need some more info on your system.
