S88 MKIII and M32 Issues

Im having issues with using my m32 alongside the S88 MKIII that I recently purchased. Im using a Mac M1 Ultra on OS 13.6.7. My DAW is Presonus Studio One Pro V6. The issue I am having is when I have more than one instance of Komplet Kontrol open both the M32 and the S88 start to glitch with all the LCD displays becoming erratic. I have to unplug the M32 and replug it back in to solve the issue. Is this a known problem that can be resolved? Both keyboards firmware is up to date. Many thanks.

    Using two keyboards simultaneously is unsupported. You would have to use one in NKS mode, and the other in a plain MIDI mode.

    Thanks Matthew. How do I switch the M32 over to plain midi mode?
