4060TI FPS drops Kontakt G-sync

So
fresh install tested both windows 10 and 11
when i use Kontakt in stand alone or in Cubase 13 i get FPS drops when i mouse over the ui
I have a G-sync monitor and the built in FPS meter says 30 FPS when i am over the Kontakt windows.
This seams to be a commmon issues and should have been fixed ages ago.
pwople with G-Sync monitor should have this issues.
and N-I should fix it propperly so users tont have to disable G sync all the time

My System
AMD 5800X
Dark hero Viii
Asus 4060Ti
64Gb ram
system on Samsung 980 nvme
samples on 970 nvme.

tested in both windows 10 and 11 fresh installs.
