Features of MK3

Sorry to ask again.

For days I try to istall my new mk3.

I made progress with the effect of new questions.

1. I cannot activate Scale and ARP (Play assist).
2. I cannot install my sustain pedal. I tried everything possible, but unfortunately with effect.

Has anybody any idea?

The good old native support has gone forever. This chat assistant is disgusting.

The Play Assist features are being worked on right now and are expected in the next delivery soon. In the meantime the ARP and Play Assist features are available in Komplete Kontrol, just not yet on the Keyboard itself.

As far as setting up the sustain pedal that's located in the MIDI Templates area. Press <Shift> & <Browser>. That puts you in edit mode for the MIDI Templates. At the top of the keyboard press the <Edit> button then press it again to take you to <Buttons & Knobs>. You'll see the various pedals that can be assigned displayed (Sustain, Expression, Assign1, Assign2) that correlate to the plugs in the rear of the keyboard. Use the 3D encoder to move left and right to the correct pedal. For each type of pedal there are different parameters that apply which can be selected using the knobs below the screen. Select Done at the top of the screen when you're finished.
