X1 MK3 connected through S4 MK3 hub?
Greetings, I'm looking to buy X1 MK3. I already own S4 MK3 so I would like to know if anyone has tried connecting X1 MK3 to the USB hub at the back of S4 MK3?
I would like to use only one USB port on my laptop and have those two devices connected X1 → S4 → MacBook.
I see no reason why this would not work, but I would like if someone has tried it and if there are any problems with that?

It works. Also it works the other way around.

I'd connect the unit with an audio interface directly to the computer USB and then connect x1 to the S4 HUB. Just because of possible latency issues - I never connect interfaces trough the HUB's no metter how good they are.

That's my plan, like described above. S4 MK3 (with Chroma Cable B-C) directly to Mac and the the X1 MK3 to the back of the S4 MK3 (that one USB hub slot that it has).
Thanks for the answers and suggestions, much appreciated!0
